Dr. Reyes completed 4 years of podiatric medicine and surgical training with over 10 years of clinical experience.  He specializes in foot and ankle surgery, wound care and sports injuries, with a focus on individualized care.  His expertise spans from pediatric patients to servicing the elderly community, with on-site visits to facilities in Fayette and Harris counties.

Bio
Dr. Reyes graduated from San Francisco State University with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, with a focus on Physiology.  He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine.  He then completed a 2 year residency from New York College of Podiatric Medicine, followed by a 2 year surgical program with the City of Angels Medical Center/Baja Project for Crippled Children, where he served as its Chief Resident.  He was responsible for running a podiatry clinic in Mexicali, Mexico and coordinating multiple surgical mission trips into El Salvador and Honduras, with the focus on treating club foot and other congenital pedal deformities.  He began practicing in Texas in 2005, establishing Mobile Podiatric Medicine, PLLC to serve the elderly community in numerous facilities in Fayette and Harris counties.  After working in a group practice at Memorial Hermann-Southwest for several years, he established a private practice: Memorial Podiatry, PLLC, servicing the Memorial area of Houston.  He is a Christian and enjoys playing golf and snow-boarding with his family.  He also enjoys TRX workouts, along with a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness.



Dr. Natalie R. Diers

Specialty
Dr. Diers specializes in foot and ankle surgery, wound care, and podiatric dermatology.  She combines a holistic approach to podiatric medicine as a complement to her medical and surgical experience.  She has treated patients between the ages of 6 weeks old to 106 years old.  She especially enjoys treating children in hopes that they will feel safe and comfortable while in her care.  Her first goal is to always listen to her patients’ needs and expectations before any treatment plans are started.  Patient satisfaction is her greatest reward. 

Bio
Dr. Diers is a native Houstonian, a Texas Longhorn, and a Temple Owl.  She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.  After graduation she moved to California for her first surgical residency where she was committed to the Baja Project for Crippled Children and spent many hours of training on surgical medical mission trips to Mexico, El Salvador, and Honduras.  Next, she moved back to Houston and completed a Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency at the Kingwood Medical Center in Harris County.  After residency she went into private practice.  Her goals are centered on patient satisfaction and tailoring patient care plans to best meet the needs of each of her patients.  She enjoys health and wellness and strives to include it in her practice of podiatric medicine.  In her spare time she enjoys golfing, snow skiing, and TRX workouts.

MP/MPM National Senior Day 2016

Entering it's 23rd year, National Senior Health & Fitness Day was held on May 25, 2016 with the theme, "Improve Your Health For a Better Self!". Doctor Vernon Reyes, of Memorial Podiatry & Mobile Podiatric Medicine, provided fall prevention analysis and gait evaluation at the Fitness & Recreation Center of Houston's First Baptist Church. He also lectured on ways to minimize fall risk and who to consult to help prevent injury, improve fitness and make the home a safer place. He discussed the podiatrist's role in treating and preventing foot & ankle problems, to help decrease falls, by improving stability and balance. #StayMobileForLife and make an appointment today!

 MPM/MP Senior Health & Fitness Day 2015

Across the US 100,000+ older adults participated in health and fitness events at more than 1,000+ local organizations. Mobile Podiatric Medicine & Memorial Podiatry participated in the 22nd Annual Senior Health & Fitness day. It was held at the Fitness & Recreation Center of Houston's First Baptist Church on May 27, 2015. Our doctors helped seniors #StayMobileForLife by providing gait analysis and fall prevention assessments. MP/MPM Fitness Expo 2016

MP/MPM volunteered at the 5th annual Fitness Expo at Houston's First, Fitness & Recreation Center on Sunday, Jan. 24th 2016. We evaluated for specific foot types & recommended the right shoe type to match.
